Inside the community

Everything you need to add regenerative medicine — with confidence.

Not a course you finish and forget. A living network of protocols, training, and peers — plus a compliant supply path when you're ready.

01 · Training

Peer-led clinical education

Regenerative-medicine and orthobiologic training from a practicing clinician — mechanisms, patient selection, and integration into a real practice.

02 · Protocols

Protocol library

Documented clinical protocols for Wharton's Jelly, chorionic, and amniotic allograft integration — so you're not guessing on dosing, sequencing, or candidacy.

03 · Network

A vetted peer community

Practitioners at your level of clinical curiosity — a place to pressure-test cases and protocols instead of going it alone.

04 · Workshops

Live & virtual sessions

Dr. Funderlich-led workshops and case reviews, in person and online, as the community and curriculum grow.

05 · Supply

A path to compliant supply

When you're trained and ready, a straightforward route to Next Gen Lab biologics under a practitioner supply agreement.

06 · Compliance

Compliance-first, always

Regulatory framing built in from day one — HCT/P status, sourcing transparency, and honest, evidence-informed language.

Who's leading it

Built and led by a practicing clinician.

Not a vendor selling to physicians — a physician who co-founded the lab, teaches the protocols, and stands behind both.

Dr. Marc Funderlich Jr., DC

Medical Director & Co-founder · Next Gen

A practicing chiropractic physician and regenerative-medicine educator who co-built the lab and the community — the training and the supply, from one clinician.

He co-founded the RCTM lab that produces Next Gen's Wharton's Jelly, chorionic, and amniotic tissue allografts, and is a current student in Johns Hopkins' Regenerative & Stem Cell Technologies program.

The result is a rare alignment for practitioners: the person setting the standard is the same one supplying the biologics and teaching the protocols.
